Aptly named, Next Door is a cocktail bar located just next door to Prohibition Liquor Co. With more of a pared-back, comfortable atmosphere, the bar needed an identity to match. Toolbox created a logo and identity, to complement their interiors work with interior designer Danielle Stergiou-Corolis, with gold foil signage and touches of embellishment to reflect its role as a cocktail bar. The final branding was applied to all print and digital spaces – window decals, menus, signage, website and social platforms.

A commissioned mural by local artist Gary Seaman creates a focal point as you enter the space, with a semi-abstract interpretation of the idea of entering a world of ‘Next Door’ which is actually within oneself. A wall feature of over 100 botanicals in Prohibition’s signature bottles creates a connection to the bar’s distillery heritage.
